Design build firm MetroPartnership is seeking loft design entries, due March 9, to the Interior Motives Design Competition (pdf). Applicants will propose luxury living and working interiors for three raw lofts at Lofts at Metro92 in Yonkers, New York.
Open to designers, design firms, schools, and students, the contest is an opportunity for free publicity. On April 30, during Yonkers business week, completed lofts will be open to the public and the media as a “Work/Live Design Showcase.” Lofts at Metro92 is located on the Hudson River in an area billed as on the rise.
